Changing your mind is easy, but we want you to have a great shopping experience and be thrilled with your new Kanpeki Scissors.

If for any reason you want to return them within 30 days of purchase that’s no problem, simply email us at mail@hairtechnic.co.uk with a copy of your original receipt included and we’ll refund the payment in the same way it was received.

If you want simply to exchange your scissors for another style, then we will transfer the full value of your old pair over to your new model. Just send them back in their original packaging and we’ll sort the replacements within a few days.
